![]() The problem is, this fan isn`t actually connected to anything relevant, as shown in the video below:īefore buying anything you're going to have to check what can be done to upgrade your computer and if it is worth upgrading. This GPU has almost barely any cooling too, since yes - the macbook air is equipped with a fan. ![]() However the bigger concern is the fact it`s an integrated GPU, and therefore you should not expect stellar graphics, and performance. Second of all - Even through there shouldn`t be any data bottleneck issues caused by the ports, you may still experience lagspikes if WoWs attempts to fetch data from the ext. The ISL`s are also extremely fragile, so slight shocks, (as when you get hit by a cv too many times, and hit the laptop) or even normal use may destroy them. M-Air 2019 in all sizes, and specifications is equipped with several technical faults, chief among them being the screen connector that may randomly burn your CPU, and failing power management IC (isl9240 chip) that has to be extracted from the original, spare iphone battery cases since apple deliberately made it impossible to buy a replacement chip. I am new to this stuff though how do I actually use a graphics card for wows?įirst of all - get a real computer. Ok thanks for the advice I think I’ll just get a graphics card (Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti) it’s actually surprisingly cheap (€130). So I kept the HDD instead of replacing it by SSD + getting external HDD. I use external SSD cause there's no more space for SSD and I have 2x HDD there. And I'm using mine for 3 years and it's still working. You can even go cheaper than 900€ and get 500-600 € laptop with Windows and have some ok graphics to go with medium quality with 50 fps. I had such laptop and quickly got mine they I use now. The struggle with overheated CPU cause it'll be everything on it's head, so you'll get a cluster lags and throttling - you can get down to 18 fps after 1h of gaming in the summer. So you'll get very ugly looking game plus you'll struggle with stuff. You'll need to lower the quality for that 30 fps. It's way easier to dodge torps and see things (shapes of the ships) you would not see with no dedicated graphics. The only game I am probably going to play is this one so I don’t want to get a gaming pc. The reason I am asking so many questions is because I am uncertain on what laptop to get after my college exams. Im sorry if I'm bugging you guys too much.
